Indictment of Thomas Haven of Chelmsford labourer
there about 1 p.m. broke into the house of Edward King. no one being
therein, and stole a canvas bag worth 3d. and £35 in money. Pleads
not guilty; guilty of felony, read, branded. Witnesses: Edward King,
Math. Joyce, Francis Shute, John Spite, Abraham aham Hilton.
