£2,400 and £1,000 3% bank annuities to (iii) in trust, to apply
dividends to purposes which Jane Spitty will appoint. If George
Mee survives Jane Spitty, he is to receive sum of £1000 and
dividends from £2,400 3% bank annuities to be divided equally
between children of George Mee and Jane Spitty
Recites: (a) proposed marriage of Jane Spitty and George Mee; (b)£2,400
3% bank annuities, to which Jane Spitty is entitled, transferred
into names of (iii); (c) purchase of £1000 3% bank annuities by
