A messuage called " The Crown", in occupation of Thomas Kansell, adj. Pyes Lane, in Rayleigh.

D/DB T437 :-
20 September 1717 Deed of Trust (Lease for 99 years)
Thomas Sprittey of Rettendon, gentleman, and wife, Mary "The Crowne Inn" in Rayleigh, now or late in occupation of Thomas Hansell.
