To Stephen Gacherie  Greeting  

You are hereby inpowered and licenced to read ye service of ye Dutch Church at Kingston in ye County of Ulster from time to time until you receive further orders from me,  

And you are likewise hereby impowered and licenced to keep a writing and reading School at Kingston aforesaid until you receive further orders from me to ye contrary  

Given under my hand at Kingston this 10^th day of August in ye third year of ye reign of our Sovereign Lady Anne by ye grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland Queen Defender of ye faith ye Anno D. 1704
(NB - year was obscured, however the 3^rd year of Anne’s reign was 1704.)
