He was married to Elizabeth THORPE on 26 Feb 1726 in Thronborough,
Buckinghamshire :-

[Thornborough Parish Register] He was buried on 16 Oct
1785 in Hoggeston.
Elizabeth THORPE
was christened on 27 Apr 1701 in Hoggeston, Buckinghamshire. She was buried on
25 Jan 1785 in Hoggeston. She was a
beneficiary under her father's
will :-
"Item I give will devise and bequeath unto Elizabeth
Stanley my daughter in case she happens to outlive Thomas Stanley her
husband yearly and every yeare after the death of the said Thomas
Stanley one annuity or yearly sume of fifty shillings of lawful money of
Greate Brittaine for the terme of her natural life to be paid unto her
by my executor herein after named the first payment to be due and
payable twelve months next after my death or the death of the said
Thomas Stanley her husband which shall last happen." Children were:
 i. John STANLEY.
ii. William STANLEY was christened on 23 Mar 1728 in
Hoggeston.
iii.
Elizabeth STANLEY was christened on 22 Jan 1730 in Hoggeston.
iv. Thomas STANLEY was christened on 2 Jan 1732 in
Hoggeston.
v. Edward STANLEY was christened in Mar 1734 in
Hoggeston.
